Gas Treatment Units
COES bases its activity on over 40 years tradition in the production of twin towers plants for compressed gas. The development of new solutions and the acquired experience assure the design and the manufacturing of products, whose technology is always in the vanguard. The technical competence and the productive flexibility allow the realisation of special units, to optimise performances and reduce costs.

Oil Systems
Multi-year experience together with the high number of machines, worldwide installed, assure high quality and availability for our oil systems. COES organization system is project-based, so it is possible to fully comply with client specifications and technical international rules.
COES produces oil systems over 4.000 l/min flow-rate; jacking oil pressure can reach 350 barg. The critical items of the skid are internally designed and manufactured; It is possible to customize each item according to specific requirements. Working test of oil systems is carried out in a dedicated workshop. It is possible to perform full API 614 operational test of each unit.

SHELL & TUBE HEAT EXCHANGER
To complete the range of products and to satisfy the Customer’s needs COES produces shell & tube heat exchangers. Following the philosophy “project-based”, also this important component is engineerized to comply with standard codes, client specifications and technical international rules.
COES shell & tube heat exchangers main applications are:
- Lubrication oil cooling (single or twin unit construction)
- Closed circuit water cooling (single or twin unit construction)
- Inter-stage or after-stage gas or air cooling for compressors
- Steam condenser unit (including condensate drainage and air extractor)
- Fluid heater using thermal oil, water or steam as hot media
COES shell & tube heat exchangers main characteristics are:
- Thermal selection by HTRI software and construction according to TEMA standard
- Mechanical calculation and manufacturing following ASME code or EN rules
- Fixed or removable bundle construction with straight or “U” shaped tubes
- Tube to tube-sheet joint expanded, grooved, seal welded or strong welded
