Products and Technology:
ADSORPTION
Adsorption technology utilizes different types of adsorbents (typically Activated Alumina, Molecular Sieves, Selective Adsorbents, Silica Gel, Activated Carbons) and or Catalyst based on the water and/or contaminants that need to be removed. In most of the applications the Adsorbents need to be regenerated and ISG Spa are able to offer PSA or TSA unit.
REFRIGERATION
I.S.G. S.P.A. can supply Refrigeration Units complete with Centrifugal, Oil Flooded or Oil Free Screw Compressors using as refrigerant halocarbon (R134a, R404A, R507, etc.) or natural refrigerants like Propylene, Propane, Ammonia, CO2, etc.
ABSORPTION-
Absorption is considered for the Natural Gas Dehydration/ Sweetening to meet pipeline Specification. These systems utilize liquids (TEG, DEG, MEG, Amine) to remove water or Impurities from the gas by physical adsorption into the Contactor. These Units are complete with the Regeneration System that includes different Equipment (Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Heating System, Pumps).
MEMBRANE
Membrane allow the separation of certain gas or contaminants from gaseous streams. Membrane can be considered for the gas purification (like Hydrogen or Nitrogen purification) as well as Gas Generator (Nitrogen).
DISTILLATION
Columns equipped with trays or random/structured packing is provide for various kind of separation. Separation can be performed at high or low temperature, providing a dedicated chilling unit.
